Photographer jobs are the types of jobs involving the capture of pictures for artistic, educational, or promotional purposes. Being a photographer requires a person to have a combination of technical and artistic skills. Photography studios rose to prominence alongside the film industry where the light and landscape could provide inspiration twelve months of the year. Nearly one hundred years later, the same holds true for professional commercial photographers in Los Angeles. Photography is a means of communication. From selling products to communicating corporate ideologies, we utilize photographic imagery for its ability to communicate and inspire.
Photography is like a puzzle. When you take all of the pieces and put them together to create something extraordinary, the outcome is extremely rewarding; not only for me, but for my clients as well. Photographers must be aware of the media their pictures will be viewed in. Naturally, advertisements in magazines are one medium; however, reports, websites, books, and catalogs are other common media advertising/commercial photographers deal with.
